Our Heat Furnace Machine

• Heating Chamber: Where the material or workpiece is placed for heating.
• Heating Elements: Electric coils, gas burners, or induction coils that generate heat.
• Insulation: High-temperature insulation materials (like ceramic fiber) surround the chamber to retain heat and improve energy efficiency.
• Temperature Control System: Thermocouples, sensors, and controllers regulate and maintain precise temperatures.
• Exhaust System: Vents or chimneys to remove gases and byproducts safely

Our ISO Press Machine

An ISO Press Machine (short for Isostatic Press Machine) is a specialized piece of equipment used to apply uniform pressure from all directions (isostatically) to a workpiece, usually to compact powders into solid shapes or to densify materials without causing deformation or cracks.

Main Components of an ISO Press Machine:

• Pressure Vessel: Heavy-duty chamber that contains the workpiece and pressure medium.

• Pump & Control Unit: Provides and regulates pressure and, in HIP, temperature.

• Mold or Tooling: Flexible (rubber or elastomer) molds in CIPs, or rigid metal containers in HIPs.

• Heating System (in HIP only): Heats the vessel uniformly.

Our OD & ID Cylindrical Grinding Machine

Cylindrical grinding is a machining process used to achieve high precision and smooth finishes on cylindrical surfaces. It involves rotating a workpiece against a grinding wheel to remove material.

• Workpiece rotates on its axis.

• The grinding wheel approaches the outside of the workpiece.

• Can handle straight, tapered, or contoured surfaces.

A surface grinding machine is a machine tool used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces. It uses a rotating abrasive wheel (grinding wheel) to remove material from the surface of a workpiece, usually made of metal or other hard materials.
